Mr. Russ Merriam worked in financial management since receiving a CPA designation in Massachusetts in 1981. Before joining Insurance Recovery Group, Inc. (IRG), he worked in the insurance industry as a Regional Financial Officer for the international insurance broker, Willis Group, where he was a member of several national committees in Financial Reporting and Planning. Prior to that, he worked in a supervisory capacity at Coopers & Lybrand in Boston, Massachusetts. He is also a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the Marine Reserve and a graduate of Harvard College.
